It can be difficult to find someone to replace gutters on an existing building, but as a versatile and experienced roof restoration company, we have guys dedicated to just doing this; replacing over 1 km of guttering every month.

Timber Facia Boards Repair & Replacement

We use Jrock Carpentry licensed contractors and can offer ironbark hardwood milled in a local sawmill Deception Bay. We can also pre-order season and paint products prior to installation, leaving you with a job that will last for many decades.

Eave Linings Installation & Repairs

At R3 Roofing, we also offer asbestos removal through licensed contractors, plus we have an experienced repairs and replacement carpenter to complete any restoration work without fuss or delay.

Roof Painting & Protective Coatings

For quality and longevity, we use and recommend Dulux Cool Roof. We’ve partnered with Dulux since 2023 and have been instrumental in Dulux developing new, improved products. An added bonus—Cool Roof’s high solar reflection, which can keep your home up to 10° cooler in the summer!

Bryce Rock is one of the directors at R3 Roofing and heads up our paint division. With 12 years’ experience at SEQ Onsite Services, he is a Master Painter and the go-to person for painting. He is about quality and doing each job right for long-term results.
